As a digital spokesperson for COPD awareness, Julia shares authentic narratives about living with chronic respiratory disease, encouraging patients to seek medical help for this often-ignored condition.
Why An Elder AI Influencer
Traditional influencer marketing targets youth. But COPD predominantly affects older adults—a demographic underrepresented in digital health campaigns. Julia speaks directly to this audience with age-appropriate messaging, dignity, and relatability that stock footage and actors cannot replicate at scale.
The Impact
The experiment proved successful internally at Sanofi, validating the approach of using AI influencers for sensitive health communications.
